FINAL CONSTRUCTION CLEANING is a specialty all its own in the cleaning business. The size and scope of the cleaning project are substantially larger, no matter what the square footage of the building.
Every nook and cranny is likely covered in layers of drywall dust from ceiling to floor. Dirt and debris are ground into the floor and tangled up in the carpet. Scuff marks, paint droplets, and mud splatter attach themselves to nearly any surface.
Additionally, we provide tenant turnover cleaning services for apartment buildings and other residential housing communities.
We approach every project with a comprehensive post-construction cleaning checklist to identify every area that needs inspecting and cleaning.
- Hard Floor Surfaces: Swept and cleaned with a variety of walk behind and ride-on scrubber/vacuums
- Carpeted Floors: Vacuumed
- VCT: Sweep, mop, and apply three coats of wax (if requested)
- Baseboards cleaned
- Windows: Wash windows, inside and outside of the glass, clean window frames, sills, and tracks
- Restrooms: Cleaned, shined, and sanitized
- Mirrors: Cleaned and shined
- Walls: Spot cleaned (unless the entire wall needs cleaning)
- Doors: Both sides, doorknobs, and door frames cleaned
- Thresholds and switch plates cleaned
- Cabinets, shelves, and racks cleaned
- Drawers pulled out and cleaned inside and out
- Countertops/all surfaces: Cleaned and polished
