This was a 258,000 square feet facility. There were 4,000 square feet of office space and 254,000 square feet of warehouse space.

This was a 180,000 square feet facility. The office space was 11,000 square feet with eight bathrooms.

We were awarded both apartment complexes at the same time for a total of 86 apartments. We were called in to finish what another cleaner had started but struggled to make deadlines.

We had a partial crew of 9 workers work Thursday through Sunday to clean Windows LLC. One of the advantages of our large team is that each worker worked a couple of days while spending time with their family over the weekend.

We completed this project in one day so Kelsey Chevrolet would be ready for their Fourth of July sale, cleaning all carpets, ceramic tile, and sealed concrete.

The contractor out of Missouri called us on a Thursday and asked us to clean on Saturday. Our crew was able to accommodate their desired schedule.

We performed all cleaning on a Sunday to accommodate the retailer’s store hours. In addition, we scrubbed the Vinyl Composite Tile and cleaned over 300 pairs of glasses that were still out for display during the construction.

To date, we have cleaned four Bob’s Discount Furniture Stores, totaling just shy of 200,000 square feet.

This facility featured 4,000 square feet of Luxury Vinyl Tile and another 1,500 square feet of sealed concrete.

This store featured carpet and Vinyl Composite Tile flooring. The contractor was so pleased with our cleaning that we have been awarded two more stores in the Cincinnati area

Krispy Kreme is notorious for its stainless steel conveyor system, where customers can watch donuts being made right before their eyes.

A commercial kitchen is filled with stainless steel, which needs to be meticulously shined. We also cleaned storefront glass on three sides of the building and pressure-washed the entire parking lot.

We were asked to clean this project during the second shift on the day before opening day. Being meticulous and organized cleaners with a flexible schedule, this was not a problem for our team.
